Regime (~0.25) is the size ceiling, max SL, and TT=hold; Cash or cascade blocks. CHoCH+VWAP (~0.75) picks buy vs short, entry, structural SL, TP, trail. No entry if blocked, sizeScale 0, or no CHoCH. Structure cannot widen SL past the regime cap.
